Instructions for selected Talks
- All selected talks should be held in English.
- All the talks will have a length of 12 minutes + 3 minutes for questions. Please prepare your talk accordingly so that it is within the time limit.
- To avoid technical difficulties, apart from the preferred format (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint Online, Canva), we will ask you to also have the slides in the form of a PDF file.
- Please be 5-10 minutes before the start of the session to meet the session chair, upload the presentation to our conference computer and make sure that everything works smoothly.
- In cases when the presentation requires specific software, please contact us in advance.
Instructions for selected Posters
- All the posters should be in English.
- The printed version of the poster has to be A0-size (84,1 cm wide x 118,9 cm length) in a vertical orientation or smaller.
- There will be one poster session during the conference. Your poster will be assigned to a specific poster board.
- We are not sure yet, but it might be possible to hang your poster earlier, during the registration time. If not, please be at least 5-10 minutes before the start of the session in the poster presentation room to hang it on the designated poster board.
- The posters need to be removed at the end of the session. Posters that are not removed will be discarded.
